QR Cufflinks

Ok, i know it would be über nerdy of me, but still, when i saw these i thought, if i can get a pair with the QR for Smooth Calendar and my uppcomming app, Life Stream, that would be a blast! Sadly you have to order 50 pairs to get your own QR code, and thats just a bit to many to off load on friends, unless there is a huge demand for them out there, perhaps i should to a android merch shop

New release of Smooth Calendar

I am in the progress of bringing Smooth Calendar to the 1.0 release, and i will be doing this in a couple of steps, the first one is released today (0.9.7) and its a rework of the backend, where i have added automatic refreshes of the widget when the calendar changes as well as when the current event ends. I have also added a configuration option that allows the user to change the date/time strings used. The final new feature is the launcher icon, if the user haven't added a widget yet it will inform them on how to do so (should hopefully mean the end to all the "doesn't work" comments on market) and if there is one or more instances running it will allow you to configure them. The next release will focus on the looks of the widget.

If you installed this update and it crashes a lot, please try uninstalling and installing it again.

MW600

I just received my MW600, Sony Ericsson's new blue tooth headset. Seeing as it supports the X10 family of Android phones I am hoping that it will work 100% with my Nexus One. Sure, there is already FM radio support in the Nexus hardware, but there aren't any drivers for it (not that I am a huge radio fan anyway).

First of, the Android support at the moments isn't 100%, i guess this will be changing as soon as the X10 hits the stores, but for now you don't see the name of the contact calling nor the name of the track you are listening to in the display. Apart from that it works really well.

More on smooth calendar

First of, let me say the the response to my first Android application has been way better then I ever expected, it currently has 35000 downloads, and more then half of these still has it installed. I am currently working on a new version, slowing adding all the things I want the 1.0 release to contain. The interface will get a major overhaul and become skinnable, to allow the user to change the look of the application to match the theme on their phone. The backend is also being reworked, with a lot more features added. Stay tuned for a release.

First Android application released

I am pleased to announce that i have released my first Android application, Smooth Calendar. Its a nice Calendar widget influenced by the HTC calender widget, but this works on any version of Android that supports widgets.
